Meet Chris Chien
Since 2013, Chris Chien has worked as a concept artist in the Themed Entertainment Industry, contributing to award-winning projects around the world. His portfolio includes major attractions such as Universal Beijing (Thea Award for Outstanding Achievement-Theme Park 2023) and Sesame Street Land at Seaward Orlando (Voted #1 Best New Amusement Park Attraction in USA Today's 10 Best Reader's Choice Awards, 2020). 3D MODELING
First Project was built in Google SketchUp, and rendered in Unreal Engine 4. It was publicly exhibited at SIGGRAPH 2019 as a virtual reality demonstration at the Unreal Engine Booth. Second Project was built in Planet Coaster for the King Arthur Design Competition held by CG Master Academy. This project showcased an experimental workflow of using the Planet Coaster software to quickly visualize a theme park land and create POV videos
